Plans and Pricing for Conroe’s Venetian Pines Announced
Bold Fox Development is announcing floor plans and pricing for its first community, Venetian Pines in Conroe.
Homes will start in the mid $200,000s, with Chesmar Homes offering seven designs and Empire Communities offering a dozen floor plans.
Chesmar’s designs — which are new for the company — range from 1,502 to 2,409 square feet. The one- and two-story floor plans offer up to five bedrooms, ample walk-in closets and options for a home office. Home buyers can choose from common living areas that are completely open concept or designs that have some separation between the island kitchen and family room.
“We are hearing from our buyers that some want the kitchen to not be completely open to the family room,” said Tom Markiewicz, Houston North Division President for Chesmar Homes. “Because of that, we’ve included several designs that have an eating bar defining the kitchen and family room. We are excited to introduce these new designs in Venetian Pines.”
Empire Communities’ designs in Venetian Pines will range from 1,540 to 2,313 square feet, with options for a flex room and more. Six of the plans include four bedrooms as standard. The builder has selected its 2,210-square-foot Wilcox floor plan as its model home in the community.
“We have seen a lot of success with this line of floor plans, with buyers appreciating all of the storage and the number of bedrooms that can easily flex to a home office, hobby room or exercise room,” said Tracy Brown, Empire Communities Division President. “With smartly maximized square footage, we expect these designs to do equally well in Venetian Pines.”
Home sales are expected to begin in May.
The 45-acre Conroe community is near Airport Road and Loop 336. It will offer 200 40-foot homesites and walking trails connecting neighborhoods.
